Lynn Gustafson
President
Lynn Gustafson, daughter of founder Ray Hopkins, started her career with Royal Stamp in 1984. Since then she has been involved in many aspects of the business including stamp production, typesetting, shipping and receiving, branch management, and accounting. In 1999 she purchased Royal from her father, and today she still continues to lead the business and carry on his vision for the future.
Donna Hannah
General Manager
With over 40 years at Royal, Donna consistently delivers on our mandate to provide a level of service that exceeds client expectations. Her areas of expertise include sales and marketing, estimating, project management, accounting, strategic planning, and human resources. Her leadership approach is rooted in fostering collaboration and creativity, driving innovation, and achieving measurable results. She values the incredible talent and dedication of her team, whose expertise and innovation are the cornerstone of the company’s success.
Jennifer Hachey
Customer Service Manager
Jennifer started her career with Royal in 2006, bringing with her 5 years of customer service management experience. In her role as leader of the customer service team at both the head office and branch office, she is committed to maintaining the highest standards of customer care, ensuring that Royal remains a trusted and valued partner to its clients. She has demonstrated exceptional dedication in delivering outstanding customer experiences and building strong, lasting relationships with clients.
Jim Avery
Production Manager
With an educational background in graphic/commercial arts and visual communications, Jim began his career with Royal in 1986. As production manager, his creativity and exceptional problem solving skills have driven significant improvements in efficiency and product quality. He has a proven track record of implementing innovative solutions that address complex production challenges, transforming traditional practices. His hands-on approach and commitment to excellence inspire his team to continuously push the boundaries of what is possible.
Trish Semeniuk
Production Supervisor
For nearly 25 years, Trish has been an integral part of Royal’s team. With a degree in chemical engineering, as well as a background in safety, loss management, and management science, she is uniquely equipped to handle the multi-faceted demands of our production operations. As production supervisor she manages project timelines, scheduling, quality control, safety protocols, and daily production activities. Her ingenuity and superior analytical and resolution capabilities have led to significant advances in our manufacturing processes and product quality.
